We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $12 USD. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 USD.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.auranookstudio@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and item, and a complete unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel upon opening.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
