Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from China.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada:

Standard shipping: USD $12.00 per order

Free shipping: Orders over USD $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is 9–19 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import-related fees charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Auranookstudio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, return fees, or reshipment fees.
