Returns

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Non-defective Returns

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for:

- return shipping costs
- any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import-related fees incurred when returning the item to China

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

- your order number
- clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and item
- a complete unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel upon opening

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund if approved.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for approval.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- customized or personalized items
- used items
- items damaged through misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
- items returned without original packaging
- final sale items, if marked as such

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Replacements

If stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
